Cancellation Policy
12-Hour Notice: Clients are required to provide at least 12 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows the barber to offer the appointment time to another client.
Late Arrivals: If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may forfeit your slot, and the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to ensure you receive the full service.
Late Cancellations: If a client cancels within 12 hours of their appointment, they may be charged a fee, 100% of the service cost.
No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for an appointment without any prior notice, they may be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may result in the client being banned from booking future appointments.
Emergency Exceptions: In certain cases, exceptions might be made for emergencies or extenuating circumstances, but this is up to the discretion of the barber.
